Order Cancellation
We only accept order cancellations within 12 hours after the completion of your order. This is to ensure a better fulfilment process for you.
Cancellation Fees
In the event of a cancellation request, a charge of 7% of the total order amount will be applied. This charge is implemented to cover the transaction fees levied by the payment processing platform or payment gateway.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all our products are manufactured by Glasscias. We do not accept returns based on brand misperception or misunderstanding. Ensure you are aware of the product's manufacturer before making a purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glasscias.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of glassware items cannot be returned due to their specific characteristics and conditions of sale. This includes personalized or custom-made glassware, items on sale, gift cards, used or washed glassware not in its original condition, glassware damaged due to misuse after receipt, items returned without the original packaging, and special promotional items. We always recommend checking your item upon arrival and contacting us immediately for any discrepancies.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
